DELIVERY TIME
Shipments may take longer due to periods of high demand.
If your order is destined for Spain (Peninsula): delivery usually takes between 24/72 hours (working days).
If your order is destined for the Balearic and Canary Islands, delivery usually takes between 5 to 7 days (working days).
*Manufacturing time can be 24/48 hours
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
You have the right to exchange or return items purchased from www.lindafavela.com within 30 days of receipt.
Orders placed during November, December, and the "Black Friday" campaign will have the return period extended to two months from the date of purchase.
All products must be unused, with tags and packaging intact. If you decide to exchange or return a product, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs. In the case of returns sent from the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla, the customer must also bear any customs costs, taxes, duties, or handling fees that may arise during the return shipment.
As soon as we receive your return and verify that it meets the stated conditions, we will proceed with the refund. We will not be responsible for the loss of products during the return process.
This condition will not apply when the return is due to an error on our part, a defective product, or an issue previously acknowledged by Linda Favela.
Personalized products are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
Size exchanges
If you wish to make a size exchange, the customer must:
- Cover the shipping costs for the return of the original product.
- Place a new order with the desired size.
- Pay the shipping costs for the new order (provided it does not exceed the amount stipulated for free shipping) even when it is a size exchange.
Important:
The shipping costs associated with a size exchange are entirely borne by the customer, both for the return and for the new shipment. This condition applies in all cases without exception.
HOW CAN I RETURN MY T-SHIRT?
Please make sure to follow these steps to ensure your return is processed correctly and efficiently:
1. Download this document to attach it filled out in the package you are sending us.
2. Send your items to:

3. Send your items in their original packaging and with the tag intact.
As soon as we receive your return, we will process your request and send you a confirmation email. Please note that we cannot cover the return shipping costs and you are responsible for any lost items in transit.

IF I RETURN A PRODUCT, WILL I GET MY MONEY BACK?
Yes, you will receive the full amount for the items via bank transfer (shipping costs will not be refunded). We are not responsible for the loss of items during their return.
