Shipments may take longer due to periods of high demand.
If your order is destined for Spain (mainland): the delivery period is usually between 24/72 hours (working days) from the notification that your order has been shipped.
If your order is destined for the Balearic and Canary Islands, the delivery period is usually between 5 to 7 working days.

General purchase conditions
The Website offers an online shopping service, which means a 24-hour service, simple, direct, and with all the advantages of having a wide catalog of updated products available from anywhere via an Internet connection.
1. Generalities
All prices are in Euros and, in accordance with current regulations, every purchase made through the Website will be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT), and this amount is included in the price. The User can see a breakdown of the product amount and VAT in the shopping cart before confirming the order.
Orders destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla are exempt from VAT by application of the provisions of article 146 of Directive 2006/112, without prejudice to the application of the corresponding taxes and duties in accordance with the regulations in force in each of them. In addition, the territories of Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands, and the Balearic Islands will have different postal costs, broken down on the same website.
The Owner reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in force at the time of purchase or unless there is a manifest typographical error.
The Owner reserves the right to reject an order from any User with whom it has a dispute or where there have been problems with payment for previous purchases.
2. User Obligations
Any User who makes a purchase through this Website declares to be of legal age and, where applicable, to have full capacity to use payment methods and that they have sufficient funds to cover all costs resulting from the purchase of products. The User also declares to fully and unreservedly accept all the conditions of this Legal Notice.
The User can place one or more purchase requests for products or services offered through the Website.
By placing an order, the User accepts the specifications and characteristics of the product offered. For this purpose, the Owner indicates that the products shown in the photographs on this Website may have slight differences from the final product in terms of size, color, components, etc., due to manufacturer availability. The purpose of the photographs will be to guide the User or suggest presentation, without in any case being contractual images. The Owner assures in all cases that these differences will not imply a worse quality of the products.
3. Shipping Conditions
Orders can be shipped by Correos (3 to 5 working days) or by an urgent courier company (1 to 2 working days). The User will decide which courier company they wish to use, and each will have a different cost.
In principle, there is no minimum order required, notwithstanding that this may change over time.
Orders are not processed or delivered on weekends and holidays, and delivery will always depend on the associated courier companies.
Shipping costs will be indicated at the end of the order.
Additional transport costs caused by the declaration of an incorrect or incomplete address are the sole responsibility of the User.
4. Payment Methods and Security
For the User's convenience, we provide different ways to make payment:

2) Credit / Debit Card
– This payment method is immediate, completely secure, and verified by the secure servers of the banking institution on the payment gateway. Under no circumstances will credit card data be disclosed.
– Accepted cards are: Visa, 4B, American Express, Maestro, and Master Card
Neither of the two payment methods has any commission.
5. Guarantees
5.1. Guarantee against breakage and other incidents
Shipments are insured against breakage, damage, loss, etc.
Once the product is received, the User must immediately check it to ensure it is complete and in good condition, as they have 24 hours from receipt to claim any type of incident. There are no exceptions due to insurance requirements.
Once the incident has been checked and accepted, the User will be contacted to inform them of the steps to follow. In these cases, the User will not be responsible for the costs arising from the resolution of the incident once it has been recognized.
6. Right of withdrawal
In compliance with Law 3/2014, of March 27, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, information is provided on the User's right of withdrawal.
6.1 When the User is a consumer and the contract is concluded without the simultaneous physical presence of the User and the Owner (distance selling), the User will enjoy the right of withdrawal described in this section, with the exceptions provided for in article 103.
6.2 According to Law 3/2014, of March 27, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, in its art. 103, the right of withdrawal will not apply to contracts relating to (among others):
d) The supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
e) The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
f) The supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
In relation to this section with the User's order, the User gives their prior express consent with the knowledge that they consequently lose their right of withdrawal.
6.3. Returns from Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. In the event of returns of products sent from the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, the User will assume the direct costs associated with the return, including, where applicable, transport costs, customs management, taxes, duties or any other charge that may arise from the package entering peninsular territory.
To avoid incidents or additional charges, the User must process the return shipment in accordance with the instructions provided by the Owner and correctly complete the corresponding customs documentation.
The above will not apply when the return is due to an error attributable to the Owner, a defective product or an incident previously recognized by the Owner.
7. Availability
The Owner undertakes not to make available to Users a product that is not in stock, except for computer error or any other unforeseen situation. In the event that such an unfortunate incident occurs, the Owner undertakes to inform the User and reach a satisfactory agreement with them.
8. Customer Service
The User will have a Customer Service department, for which they can contact via the email address that appears on the website in the Contact tab, to which the Owner undertakes to respond as soon as possible.
