1. Generalities

All prices are in Euros, and in accordance with current regulations, all purchases made through the Website are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT), which is included in the price. Users can see a breakdown of the product price and VAT in the shopping cart before confirming their order.

Orders destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla are exempt from VAT pursuant to Article 146 of Directive 2006/112, without prejudice to the applicable taxes and duties in accordance with the regulations in force in each of these territories. Furthermore, the territories of Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands, and the Balearic Islands will have different postage costs, as detailed on the same website.

The Owner reserves the right to reject an order from any User with whom it has a dispute or has had problems with payment for previous purchases.

2. User Obligations

To this end, the Owner indicates that the products shown in the photographs on this Website may vary slightly from the final product in terms of size, color, components, etc., due to manufacturer availability. The Owner guarantees that these differences will not result in a lower quality of the products.

3. Shipping conditions

Orders can be delivered by post (3 to 5 business days) or by express courier (1 to 2 business days). The user will choose the courier company they prefer, and each will have a different cost.

In principle, there is no minimum order requirement, although this may change over time.

Orders are not processed or delivered on weekends and holidays, and delivery will always depend on our partner courier companies.

Shipping costs will be indicated at checkout.

Additional shipping costs resulting from the declaration of an incorrect or incomplete address are the sole responsibility of the User.

5.1. Breakage and other incidents warranty

Shipments are insured against breakage, damage, loss, etc.

Once the product is received, the user must immediately inspect it to ensure it is complete and in good condition. They have 24 hours from receipt to file a claim for any incident. There are no exceptions due to insurance requirements.

Once the incident has been verified and accepted, the User will be contacted to provide further steps. In these cases, the User will not be responsible for any costs incurred in resolving the incident once it has been acknowledged.

6. Right of withdrawal

In compliance with Law 3/2014, of March 27, amending the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, we inform you about the User's right to withdraw.

6.1 When the User is a consumer and the contract is concluded without the simultaneous physical presence of the User and the Owner (distance selling), the User shall enjoy the right of withdrawal described in this section, with the exceptions provided for in article 103.

6.2 According to Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, in its article 103, the right of withdrawal will not apply to contracts that refer to (among others):

d) The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.

e) The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery.

f) The supply of goods made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized.

In relation to this section, the User's order is given prior express consent, knowing that he or she consequently loses his or her right of withdrawal.

7. Availability

The Owner undertakes not to make available to Users a product that is out of stock, except in the event of a computer error or any other unforeseen event. In the event of such an unfortunate incident, the Owner undertakes to inform the User and reach a satisfactory agreement.
