DELIVERY TIME

Shipping may take longer due to peak demand.

If your order is destined for Spain (Peninsula): the delivery time is usually between 24/72 hours (working days).

If your order is destined for the Balearic Islands, delivery time is usually between 5 and 7 business days.

*Manufacturing time can be 24/48 hours

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

You have the right to exchange or return items you have purchased at www.lindafavela.com within 14 days of receiving them.

Orders placed during November, December, and the Black Friday campaign will have an extended return period of two months from the date of purchase.


All products must be unused, with tags and packaging intact. If you decide to exchange or return a product, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. As soon as we receive your return, we will process the refund.
We will not be responsible for any loss of products during return.

Customized products cannot be exchanged or returned.

HOW CAN I RETURN MY T-SHIRT?
Please be sure to follow these steps to ensure your return is processed correctly and efficiently:

1. Send us an email to ayuda@lindafavela.com indicating the order number, item, and the reason for your return (change of size, style, etc.).

2. Send your articles to:

3. Send your items in the original packaging and with the label intact.

As soon as we receive your return shipment, we will process your request and send you a confirmation email. Please note that we cannot cover return shipping costs and you are responsible for any items lost in transit.

IF I RETURN A PRODUCT, WILL I GET A REFUND?
Yes, you will receive the full amount of the items via bank transfer (shipping costs will not be refunded). We are not responsible for any loss of items during their return.
